  3. Ship the item back as instructed.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or wrong. Please use your local post office and include your return authorization form.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?

  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned?

  • Yes, the following items are not eligible for returns:
  1. Sale items
  2. Gift cards
  3. Intimates like underwear or swimwear and Personal care items (e.g., skincare)

  • Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $119 AUD (or local currency equivalent). Orders below this amount will be charged a $15 AUD shipping fee per parcel.

  • Australia, Canada, UK, and USA: Estimated delivery is 4 to 9 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery takes approximately 8 to 15 business days.
