Return & Refund Policy

At Comfy Nude, we maintain high quality control standards to ensure every item we ship is in perfect condition. However, we understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be necessary.

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us immediately at info@comfynude.com, so we can resolve the issue promptly.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Email us at info@comfynude.com with the following:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photo/video evidence, mandatory
  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return authorization and instructions on where and how to send your package.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, we will request:
    • Clear photos/videos of the product
    • A screenshot of your complaint or dispute
  • Some returns may require shipment back to our warehouse. Return instructions will be provided upon approval.
  • Refunds may be denied if the product is used, or if valid proof is not provided

Return & Exchange Guidelines

1. Return Authorization

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • A return address will be provided after approval.

2. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, with original tags.
  • Items showing signs of wear (e.g., makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains) will not be accepted.

Note: Slight differences in color or size (due to lighting or manual measurement) do not qualify as defects.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was incorrect or defective.
  • Returns must be shipped via your local post office using a trackable method.
  • Include the return/exchange authorization form in the package.
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged items during return transit.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send a confirmation email.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • For exchanges, your replacement will be shipped after the return is confirmed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within:

  • 6 hours of purchase, or
  • Before order fulfillment begins (whichever comes first).
    Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Intimates like underwear or swimwear.
  • Items returned beyond the 14-day window
